If your BMW E38, E39, E39 M5 or Z8 has ABS/ASC/DSC warning lights, wheel-speed-sensor faults that remain after sensor checks, no communication with the ABS/DSC module, an intermittent speedometer fault, return-pump faults or DSC pressure/precharge-pump faults, the Bosch 5.7 ABS/DSC module may be faulty.
