Sending a unit not listed

You can send a unit even if it isn’t listed. If it hasn’t been confirmed beforehand, we may not be able to test it — return postage still applies.

If you send an enquiry first

Submit the form with as much detail as possible. We’ll review it and advise whether to send the unit in, request more info, or confirm we can’t help.

If you send your unit in

This is often the quickest option. If a unit is not listed or confirmed beforehand, we cannot guarantee we will be able to test/diagnose it. Return postage still applies.
