Please submit details first where possible. If a unit has not been confirmed beforehand, you can still send it but we may not be able to test or diagnose it. Return postage may still apply if it cannot be processed.

What happens next

Simple repair request process

Once your request or unit reaches us, we follow a simple assessment-first process. Payment is taken before the unit is returned.

  2. Include slip

    Print or save the packing slip and include it inside the box with your unit.

  3. Assessment

    We assess or test the unit where possible and contact you with the outcome.

  4. Payment & return

    Payment is taken after assessment and must be paid before the unit is returned.
