Packaging Responsibility
When sending items for repair, making a return, or submitting a warranty claim, it is the customer's responsibility to package the item appropriately. Adequate packaging is crucial to protect the item during transit. If the item is not properly packed and is damaged as a result of inadequate packaging materials, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Proper Packaging Guidelines
To ensure the safe transport of your item, please follow these packaging guidelines:
- Select a sturdy and appropriately sized box or container that provides ample space for cushioning materials.
- Wrap the item securely in protective packaging material such as bubble wrap or foam to prevent any movement within the box.
- Fill any empty spaces in the box with additional cushioning material, such as packing peanuts or crumpled paper, to prevent shifting during transit.
- Seal the box securely using high-quality packing tape to prevent accidental openings.
- Clearly label the package with the necessary shipping and return address information.
Shipping Methods
We ship all our packages back to you using DPD next day delivery. We offer insurance up to £250, per package. If you require a higher level of insurance, or have a preferred courier please either contact us in advance. Alternatively, you may arrange your own courier.
Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate shipping method when sending items to Remanx. We recommend using a reputable shipping service that offers tracking and insurance options. By selecting a reliable shipping method, you can ensure that your item is protected and can be easily traced in case of any unforeseen issues during transit.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise specified, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs when making a return, sending items for repair, or submitting a warranty claim. Please ensure that the appropriate shipping method is used to protect the item and to ensure its safe arrival.
Insurance and Tracking
We ship all parcels using DPD next day delivery, ensuring fast and reliable service. Each parcel is assigned a unique tracking number and can be insured up to £100 for any loss or damage while in transit. If you require a higher level of insurance, please contact us in advance. Alternatively, you have the option to arrange your own courier to collect the parcel from us, using your preferred shipping provider.
Collection Option
If you, the customer, opt for us to collect the unit from you, it will be valued as a faulty electronics part with a monetary value of £30. If you wish to be covered for a higher value, we advise you to send the unit to us directly using your preferred courier or shipping method. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs in this case.
Exclusions
Please note that Remanx is not responsible for any damages or loss incurred during the shipping process when your unit is being shipped to us. As the customer, ensure that the item is packed properly, it is essential to follow the packaging guidelines outlined above to protect your item and ensure eligibility for a refund, repair or insurance claims.
