Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for all exchange units, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns Accepted: Returns will only be accepted if the part has not been fitted or if it is proven to be faulty. We will not accept returns for parts that have been incorrectly installed causing them to become faulty. 

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You may also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process: To start a return, please contact us at sales@remanx.com. We can either provide you with a return shipping label or instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at sales@remanx.com.

Labor Costs and Warranty: We strongly recommend seeking professional installation to avoid any damage and wrong fitment of parts. Parts that have been incorrectly installed causing them to become faulty are not covered under warranty. Remanx is not liable for any costs incurred, including but not limited to, for labor during the removal and installation of parts.

If your unit has a fault covered under warranty, you can make a warranty claim and return the part to us for inspection and repair. If the part cannot be repaired and you purchased an exchange unit, we will send you a replacement part if available else you will receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping. If you purchased a repair service and the part cannot be repaired, you will be fully refunded minus the cost of shipping and a service fee of £30.
